Still loving it.
it is hard to keep a comedy fresh; but the writers and directors of The Middle are succeeding. This is an everyone in the family watches it series.
Intelligent w/o trying to be
The Middle is a series that takes 'mediocre' family life as its muse and turns out a hilarious and lovable show every time. It nimbly avoids the negativity and stereotypes that dominate a lot of other "family" shows. The humor is intelligent, perceptive and detailed (i.e., certain items in the background, Axel's reasoning process,e tc.). Highly recommend. REALLY hope this season (and Season 3) will be released on DVD in a timely manner.
Family life as it is in the middle.
The Middle has laughs and honesty while raising children in a middle income family. Great cast! The writing is excellent.
